Happiness Boosts Profits: responsibility of managers and employers

    I agree! In fact, I would go further to say that many people in organizations around the globe also agree that happiness at work leads to productivity and profitability.

    So, the bigger question for me is this: Why doesn’t this change behavior? Obviously, obstacles exist and the work environment becomes the only competitive advantage going forward. Those that figure this out will thrive even in this turbulent economic time — like Zappos, the on-line shoe company.
