I would really like to see and hear the great things on your site. but can’t because I only have dial-up service. No video’s come thru. !! That makes me not so happier. Can you put your tests and other stuff in print so I can join in. ?
I though happiness was somewhat related to being realistic and rational. Why to focus on these dysfunctional losers in self-denial, cannot find self reliance. These people are sick, they are not something anyone should look at as a teaching moment. They are what you do NOT want to be!

As you point out, everything is built using rich online media including flash, video and audio. This means that a high-speed connection is needed to get the most out of happier.com. If you can, I’d suggest visiting our store and ordering “Authentic Happiness” by Martin Seligman and a “Primer in Positive Psychology” by Christopher Peterson. These books cover the fundamentals of positive psychology and they’re probably the next-best-thing to being able to use the site!
