Obama is making optimism cool again

Obama could make optimism cool again

The Chicago Tribune argues that optimism is going to be the “new cool.”   happier.com’s Andrew Rosenthal is quoted:

“When hit with a challenge, an optimistic person can find more creative ways to solve the problem and is more likely to bounce back if something goes wrong,” said Andrew J. Rosenthal, a researcher at Penn. “Optimism can be the difference between someone who succeeds and someone who fails.”
